The Regency Dance Centre will be attending the Idlewells Shopping Centre this Saturday as part of the Stay Healthy programme.

We will be providing demonstrations and workshops over the day and will have lots of information on how you can get yourself involved! Whether you are 5 or 90, dance is a fantastic way to keep your body fit and healthy, along with being a great way to socialize and meet new people.
